REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fee includes: access to all sessions of the event; material and documentation; coffee breaks

* Students must attach, along with the proof of payment for registration, a copy of their student ID or another document that serves as verification.

*Members of COLQUIGA and SPQ must attach proof of their membership.

**This fee includes registration for the Congress, the enrollment fee in the Official College of Chemists of Galicia, and six months of membership. For any questions, please contact secretaria@colquiga.org before proceeding. THIS OPTION IS NOT VALID FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS.

PROFORMA INVOICE REQUEST FOR PAYMENT

Participants who require an invoice must request a proforma invoice by email at encontro@colquiga.org, providing the complete billing details required for its issuance.

The final invoice will be issued only after receipt of payment and once the details included in the proforma invoice have been confirmed, as no changes can be made once the final invoice has been issued.

Cancellation and refund
A refund will be possible if the cancellation request is received before October 25, 2024, with an administrative fee equal to 10% of your registration fee (in euros). No refund will be possible after this date.
