The services and/or products provided through this website are not directed at minors. Data will not be collected when we know that it concerns data from children under 14 years of age.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER: There are no international data transfers to countries outside the European Economic Area

COLQUIGA has implemented appropriate administrative, technical and physical security measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure or destruction of the information provided by our users. Specific:

  • Administrative:

    • Both staff and service providers sign a confidentiality agreement

  • Techniques:

    • Personal data collected electronically is stored encrypted and password protected.

    • All data transmission is encrypted.

    • User data is regularly backed up to multiple servers, helping to protect data in the event of a hardware failure or disaster.

  • Physics:

    • Our computer systems are located in restricted areas. We only allow authorized personnel to access personal data.

RIGHTS: What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Next, the company informs you that you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data and obtain information about how it is being treated.

  • Request rectification of inaccurate data

  • Request the deletion of data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected

  • Oppose, at any time, the processing of your data and the company will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or to guarantee defense against possible claims.

  • Request the right to portability and obtain certain information about yourself for yourself or another service provider.

  • In certain circumstances, you may request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case the company will only keep it for the exercise or defense of possible claims.

  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the legality of the treatment based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

To exercise such rights you must write to the email at secretaria@colquiga.org. It is required to prove the identity of the person exercising their rights, by sending a copy of their DNI, NIE, passport or equivalent document, on both sides.

COLQUIGA will provide you with the information within a maximum period of one month from receipt of the request. This period may be extended by two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of applications. You may file a claim with the Control Authority responsible for data protection. However, in the first instance, you may file a claim with the Data Protection Officer, if designated, who will resolve the claim within a maximum period of two months.
