RECEPTION

The information office and reception to pick up the Foundo documentation will be located at ------------------. It will remain open during all the days of its celebration.

EQUIPMENTOR PROJECTIONS

The conference rooms are equipped with a computer and projection cannon. Each speaker must transfer their presentation file to the computer in their corresponding room, with sufficient advance notice. It is advisable to do it in the previous session.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Plenary conferences will last 45-50 minutes plus 10 minutes for questions.
The duration of the oral communications will be 15 minutes, including the time for questions to resolve doubts. All speakers are requested to adhere to the stipulated time, in order to avoid delays in the program.
It is recommended that presentations be made in pdf format.

POSTERS

They must be placed on the first day, first session and removed on the last day, after the closing ceremony, by the authors of the communication themselves. The authors of the presented works are requested to be present with them during the discussion session.
